Nokia 3310 back in the market
It’s simply remarkable how some iconic item’s make a comeback. In this case, it’s the Nokia first classic Nokia 3310 which had launched 17yrs back in 2000. Being one of the most successful phones ever, it had gained immense passionate fan base ever since.
As a tribute for those fan base, Nokia reported early this month that a modernized version of 3310 would be unveiled at the 2017 Mobile World Congress. Keeping the word, Nokia re-launched the modernized version of Nokia 3310 for a price tag of Rs.3400 approx.
You may ask, what’s modernized in this handset?
Well, the Phone has the primary functions of Phone calls, send and receive Sms, Photo & video’s (2MP) , Radio FM, Calendar, Alarm, Calculator, the revamped snake game and weather in your city. Pretty much what is required in a basic phone nowadays. Also, you have the color options of Yellow, Red, Blue and Grey. In addition, the handset is now slimmer than the previous version.
Extremely, quite a cute piece to grab if your feeling nostalgic about those initial days of mobile boom and wild craze or you could simply keep it as a modern day memorabilia.
