Forminhas – A quick Goan canape
Quick, healthy and a veg snack, ready within no time. One of my personal favorite, loved and snack-able by all -anytime. Be it at small birthday parties, festive lunch, Christening or the Big fat Goan weddings, you would definitely find the delectable Forminhas on your snack plate.
250 grms French beans
Salt for taste
Maggie cube for taste (optional while boiling the vegetable)
Cut the vegetables into small cube size.
Once done, boil the vegetables adding a pinch of salt or maggie cube for taste. Draining the excess water, keep the boiled vegetables together.
Add Mayonnaise to the boiled vegetables and mix it well.
Add the filling in the crispy canape and enjoy this quick snack (Forminhas).
