Egg Chops Recipe
1 Kg – Potato
6 – Hard boiled eggs
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Rava to coat the chops
Pepper as per taste
Salt as per taste
Boil and cook the potatoes. And keep it aside to cool. Peel off the potatoes and keep it ready.
Hard boil the eggs and peel off the eggshell.
Now cut each peeled egg in two halves vertically in the center. And sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
Mash the potatoes in a bowl until smooth. Combine together salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and mix well.
To make the chops, make a flat patty with the potato mix and place half an egg on it. Fold the sides over and shape it until the egg is completely covered and you end up with an oval chop.
Finally beat one egg nicely and deep each of the chops into it and than deep in the rava and coat it completely.
Enjoy while it’s hot!!!
Tip: Dampen your hands with a bit of oil, while shaping the chops. This prevents the potato mix from sticking to your palms as you work on it.
