Be The Man with These Ab Workouts

You constantly hear your girl hankering about how she can only use your tall frame as a sofa and that you dont give enough effort to be super buff like her. You look at your belly and see it pushing out farther than your chest. Whether it had been there before or not, there's nothing greater you want to see than the expression on your woman's face when you take off your clothes and show a buff body.

You do dozens of ab workout routines every friggin' day, but they don't seem to get you anywhere. So you glance to your side and there is a nice, sweet, shy, and kind of soft girl looking at your stomach like she wants to lick it. As if you're somebody that's turned into a piece of steak, as with a Nickelodeon cartoon.

Have no fear anymore. Because I will tell you all you should know about achieving those six-pack abdominals and your girlfriend's (and all the other girls') attention.

Here are methods on how you can really get those ripping flat six-packs.

Discussing about sit-ups is a little old but necessary. So first weve got the good old sit-up. There's the reverse crunch, the side crunch, and the standard crunch. You can place your arms over your head, behind your neck, etc., to boost the pressure of your workout routine.

My second favorite are the legs out versions. Lie flat on your back, with your hands under your butt, and legs stretched out, parallel with the floor. The 6-inch Raise, the Good Morning Darlings, Flutter Kicks, Sitting Flutter Kicks, Knee Benders (which come in a crunch version also), and High Circles. Next are the Bicycles, Moving Bicycles, and Side Bicycles. "Perpendiculars" are great also. Dont forget the "V-Ups," the Super V-Ups, and the Side V-Ups and the V-Twist. For vacation-like variety, do the "Rock Climbers." Always keep in mind that whenever you do ab workouts, you must also do lower-back routines. Here are a few: Prone Supermans, Flutter Kick Supermans, and One-leg Supermans.

Perhaps you're excited by now. So the question is, how the hell do you use them? Its very simple. Jot these routines down or have them printed. Pick ten first and then do them thrice weekly for about half a year. When it starts to get easy for you, shift it to fifteen repetitions of each ten exercises, then twenty reps of each ten exercises. Increase your reps 'til you get to thirty. So that's almost three hundred reps, thrice per week! And then when it feels passe, take some routines out of the list and use them on the list. Rotate the moves.
